OVERVIEW

Design Visuals

Following discussions with clients about their project, a 3d representation can be drawn to  clarify the design.

This drawing, along with measurements collected from a site survey, can be used to draw the scaled carpentry drawings.

Working with an architect
If an Architect has been assigned to the project they are normally keen to receive advice regarding the framing and its relationship to the other elements on the building. Greenwood Oak is happy to liaise in an advisory capacity

If the project is subject to Building Regulations, Structural Engineering calculations will be required and the carpentry drawings provide a detailed dimensional reference.

The process of visualisini the design not only provides a visual reference for the client, It allows the team to reproduce with precise accuracy the details as drawn and start to think through the process of assembly.
